Hi, I am Talia.  

The  people that know me would describe me  as calm,

grounded and nurturing.  

The kind of person who naturally cares for others.

My connection to food started young. Growing up with

career-driven parents, I spent a lot of time with my grandmothers

eating simple, homemade meals. Food felt comforting, something

that brings people together, wholesome, full of love and I found

myself naturally recreating that. 

In my early twenties, after travelling through South America and catching a virus that impacted my digestive system.  I discovered naturopathy and instantly felt like it was the right career for me. 

I spent four years studying a whole-person approach to health which included so many topics like ; nutrition, herbal medicine, mindfulness, reflexology, aromatherapy, and understanding how the body, mind, and spirit all connect.

At the same time, I was dealing with my own digestive struggles, stress, hormonal shifts, and life overwhelm. On my healing journey i implemented the things i was taught,  I did so many things some more extreme then others but i was really committed to my journey and knew that what I was experiencing as hard as it was as times would shape the ways I work with others. 

The first years of my career as a naturopath were spent in kitchens creating nourishing meals, designing tailored cleanses, catering retreats. 

For the past 6 years, I’ve also been part of the gut health team at Healthpath, a functional medicine company focused on addressing the root causes of digestive symptoms through sustainable, evidence-informed care.

Nearly 3 years ago, my husband, our two children, and I bought a farm in Portugal  with the intention of living more simply, growing food, becoming self sufficient,  planting trees, flowers, understanding where our water and nourishment come from, and creating a life more connected to nature.

Now in my practice, I work with women either 1:1 or through my seasonal group cleanses.

The women I support often come to me with digestive issues,  tired, and out of rhythm with their eating stuck in inconsistent patterns, craving sugar, and wanting to lose weight but confused, lacking in consistency and the right support. 

They leave feeling more in control of their bodies, with steadier energy and a simpler, more balanced way of eating that fits into their busy lives.

Will I have to spend any extra money?

 

Yes, there are optional additional costs if you choose to include testing and supplements. The test typically ranges from £250–£500, and supplements can be around £100 per month. These are not mandatory, but they are recommended as they can help make the plan more specific and tailored to you by reducing guesswork.

“Will I have to spend hours in the kitchen?”

Not at all.

If you enjoy cooking and want to explore new ways of nourishing yourself, we can absolutely build that in.

But if you’re short on time or don’t love cooking, everything is tailored to you and I can share with you some great batch cooking meals that save so much time! The goal is to make this feel simple, realistic, and sustainable, not time-consuming or overwhelming.

“What does the 4-month structure look like?”

The 4 months are designed to guide you through a clear, supportive journey step by step.

We start by understanding your body, your symptoms, and what’s been keeping you stuck.

From there, we create a personalized plan that may include targeted nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and deeper emotional support so you’re not just managing symptoms, but addressing the root causes.

Throughout the process, you’re supported and guided with sessions every two weeks, and you can reach out to me during working hours whenever you need support or want to share what’s coming up for you.

Everything is adjusted along the way, so you’re never left wondering what to do next.
