Your Reset is divided into three stages, each lasting one week,  designed to gently guide you from awareness to lasting change.

Week 1

Release & Prepare

  • Start to reduce processed foods, sugar, coffee, gluten

  • Reintroduce simple, nourishing ingredients that actually sustain you

Week 2

Cleanse & Rebalance

Week 3 
Flexibility, confidence, and long-term support

  • This is the core reset week.

  • We focus on simple, nourishing meals,  plenty of green vegetables, easy-to-digest proteins and low glycaemic fruits  to support digestion, energy and liver function.

This is where many women begin to feel, clearer, calmer less reactive around food

  • Gradually reintroduce flexibility while keeping your new structure

  • Explore eating out, social occasions, and treats without guilt

  • Reflect on what’s changed in your energy, mindset, and habits
